I am a Level 10 USAG gymnast at Flying High Gymnastics in Countryside IL, training to compete as a first year Level 10 in the 2022/23 competition season.
I train 20 hours per week and my goal is to compete on a Division 1 college team.
I am a Junior at the British International School of Chicago South Loop and this year I am starting the IB Curriculum. My favorite subjects are "Sports Health and Sciences" and "Psychology"
I run a gymnastics club for the preschool and kindergartens at my school and I am also part of The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award. This year my grade is going to Tanzania in November as part of the Seeway Project where we will help in build a secondary school for the children in that community.
I like to go snowboarding with my friends and visit my family in Romania where we go hiking or to the beach at the Black Sea.
I am very interested in Sports Heath and Medicine and plan to do something in that field in the future. This summer I had an internship at UIC in the Sports Medicine Department and Cardiology, and will continue to collaborate with them on various projects over the next two years.
